CRUCIBLE TERRACOTTA PLANTER
Crucibles have been used to melt and pour metals throughout history. The artists adapted this historical form, initially employed in foundries, into our contemporary ceramic planter, complete with spouts. The multi-step, hand-applied charcoal finish is streaked and cracked, even featuring rivulets of liquid iron. Use the tiny planter to showcase a favourite plant species; the saucer will catch any water droplets.
